HAGGY does not offer refunds. We provide replacement only for eligible products.
A replacement may be requested if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the replacement process. The replacement product will be shipped after quality verification.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, no refund will be issued.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
